Unique attributes: I was able to remove all the visible imperfections and cut an eye clean gem! A few minute imperfections can be viewed under high magnification. This is exceptional material! Both blue and purple are visible face up. It is an open tone gem, it will glow in any light!

Gemological description: An eye clean tanzanite that is violetish blue with a medium tone and strong saturation.
